No, it's more likely your boyfriend is lying.

If your landlord persists and you feel uneasy, you can always say that any court action will require you to subpoena his bank records.

If both of you are on the lease and the rent is being payed then no, you can't be evicted. But if your bfriend has asked you to move out (not on the lease) then yes he can evict you.

Sounds like your name is on the lease. Therefor you alone are responsible. Go back to paying the landlord yourself and you'll know for sure.

Yep they could except the lanlord cant evict you and not him. He;d havta evict you both if he claimed no rent was paid. If your man doesnt want you there why are you staying? Start saving up money and get out of there. Never stay where you are unwanted

He's definitely setting you up to be kicked out by force. Too bad you were dependent on him to pay the rent. I think the landlord should ask his sorry-azz where the payment is, not you, since he paid it...

P.S.
Don't live with anymore "boyfriends"...it's best to have your own sh**!

yes he can you can stretch it out for about three months if you just refuse to move,or you can throw the loser out and work a deal with the landlord for catchup,if you have been a good tenet he'd rather do that than have the place empty
