I would completely avoid giving initials to two children, especially both beginning with a T. That alone can get confusing.

I like the names Rahul (Ra-hool, not Ra-ool), or Sharhuk. I dont if they go well with T but they are cool names. Also, Dimitri or Vladimir. I like ethnis names, especially Chinese, Japanese, Korea, Russian, Hindi, or Farsi. Russian, Hindi, and Farsi names work with non-Asians but CJK names are bit harder to pull off especially if you dont speak those languages or live in those countries.

I think T.K would be appropriate, if you are looking for initials that isn't weird and is fitting. His middle name could be Kurtis or Karl.
