Einstein told us to use time as a fourth dimension, now suppose u are standing in the middle of a road. Suppose u face north direction, then u can see in south direction as well, since we can see front as well as rear in case of linear dimension of road so this must be true for case of time that is we should be possible to see future as well as past. But we can only see( remember) the past and not the future. Why this is happening? Does this mean that time is not a dimension? Well, correct answer is that time is a dimension but we cant see the future simply because its not fixed. Yes, its changable!! Suppose u build a time machine and try to travel to the future. If u succed in doing this then u will find another 'you' in future i.e. ur future counterpart. From where the hell that future counterpart came? The answer to this question can be explained by 'multiverse' theory. Whenever u have an option, then u are just creating one more universe. Time travelling means nothing but jumping from one universe to another. I cant explain this to u in just 2-3 lines. For this, u need a thorough knowledge of general-special relativity as well as quantum mechanics. For more layman information, read 'A Brief History of Time' by Stephen Hawking and 'The Fabric of Reality' by David Deutch, i'v read first one but not second cause its too expensive.

This is a philosophical, not a physics, question. It is a philosophical question because whatever opinions you get cannot be tested for validity.
The question presupposes there is a measurable/observable future. Otherwise, the issue of fixed or not would be irrelevant.
As no one has come up with or even thought out a concept for observing the future (without actually being there), your question has no merit in the physics category.
A time traveler actually going into the future is a theory because its validity can be and has been tested. The tests imply that one can travel close to the speed of light and end up in the traveler's future. This follows because of something called time dilation, a relativity effect, where the near light-speed traveler ages, say, one year while people back on Earth go through thousands of years. Thus, when the traveler finally comes back to Earth and lands, she will find all her loved ones dead and gone for thousands of years.
But in this scientifcally feasible time travel scenario, the future is fixed for the time traveler. Why? Because her future time on Earth, when she lands there, was the result of past, and therefore fixed, events. And, any other kind of future time travel where the future might be varied is strictly science fiction.

Future is a bundle of probabilities. However, even an apparently infinite system is finite if the correct yardsticks and sensory perceptions are applied. E.g. a 3-dimensional object would appear infinite from an one- or two-dimensional plane or world.
As such, the future must be fixed if we knew the correct laws and had the proper perception.

Yes the future is fixed.
But we don't know it.
For eg:if u start travelling with a speed greater than the speed of light i.e. 3 x 10^8 you will be in future, that is ahead of the actual time i.e. time starts flowing faster for you as compared for me.

you could exchange your destiny, yet there is often a value(normally discomfort, suffering, unhappiness, and discomfort) As to the concern of loose will, it might look that one purely has in themes that don't count variety(what to positioned on on the instant, what to consume on the instant, brushing ones tooth, that form of factor)

Yes.
The whole of spacetime exists as a whole - however it is still constructed of our decisions in the present.
