If u read ur mail on Outlook Express, go to Internet explorer and click on tools and then "mail and News", then "Read mail".

Or you could do a search on your computer for the specific program u use. It'll most likely be in "program files" folder.

Go to Start/all programs/microsoft office/outlook (for outlook). Start/all programs/outlook express for O.E. Right click on it and select send shortcut to desktop. Then put it where you want it.
