in hospitality management or interior decorating when i have no experience and im just starting to take classes for these careers?

Try doing just voluntary work first. That will provide experience and allow you to have something to list on your resume.

Internships are great for this. Even if the company doesn't have a formal intership program, see if you can get a temporary position for a season helping out the management crew with the things the regular staff can't or won't do - research lower cost inventory suppliers, document minor renovations, start a record of building maintenance, update brocures, etc.

Let them know you aren't permanent, take minimum wage to get the job, and work only part time if they think they can't afford you.
