You tell me.

I was out with friends for the first time. This girl kept buying my shots of tequila I remeber at least 8 or 9 not sure. (She was pretty chubby) no my style at all. Back to the story. So where all in her car going home. I told her freind to drop me at my house. When I got out of the car I was at her house. She said come in I'll take you home in a few minutes. I remeber sitting on her couch and the TV was on. Next thing I know I woke up in my boxers, and she had a pet snake (Yuk)! It was looking at me through the glass. I was freaked out. I looked on the floor and sure enough ther were 4 condom wrappers down there. I didn't have a clue.

This was funny when I got up I started getting dressed she said and I quote ( Don't just get dressed and leave) her tone came off as if it happend before. My friends that are girls to this day make fun of me for being raped. It's running joke.

What do you think, if a guy did this with a girl is it rape. If so, what makes if different if it's a guy?

Hello =)

Well,....

This has confused the pundits of justice for centuries......

The Buddha even addressed the issue, when his favourite cousin, and best disciple, Ananda was nearly raped by a prostitute while begging for food at a house of prostitution....

The general outcome of 26 centuries of thought is, strictly speaking: no. The reason for that being that erection implies consent.

On the other hand, if a woman were to dawn a strap-on, and violate a man anally, then, yes, it would be considered rape on a conventional scale.

Furthermore, of course, an adult woman sleeping with a minor male would still be statutory rape.....

So, the answer, overall, is a qualified no, with a few notable exceptions....

In your version of "rape".....well....it just sounds like good fun to most of us...LOL

Namaste,

--Tom

That's not funny because some men have been raped, mostly when the scenerio is a young man and an older woman so that means along the lines of molestation. It's really not a lol. You would not want that to happen to someone you love.

Peace

Hold on there Cowgirl....lol... but seriously, yes it is, but it's not called rape apparently if a woman does it then it is called seduction. Just like if a female teacher is caught doing an act with a male student...on the news it is called a "sex scandal." If a male teacher does it then he's a perverted predator on the loose. But that is a different subject.

Technically unless an implement is used for oral or anal penetration, rape is not present in woman on man rape.

Men who have charged 'rape' usually end up with prosecution charging the woman with something like aggravated assault or the like.

Yes, men can be assaulted in this way and it can happen with intimidation by use of a weapon or by incompacitating the man in some way.

Erections do not necessarily occur ONLY through sexual stimulation but can also occur involuntarily through fear and other means.

Yes, it is possible.

"Women also can commit an act of rape with force or deception to make a man (or adolescent) engage in a non-consensual penetrative sexual act. According to Court TV's Crime Library, women commit about 10% of all sexual offenses and their abuse often involves their own child or children which is incest. Several widely publicized cases of female-male statutory rape in the United States involved school teachers raping their teenage male students. A recent example of this is that of Debra Lafave of Greco Middle School and her teenaged student. The controversial case questioned the mindset that teenagers are too innocent to give consent to sex.

Rape of males by females is widely, but incorrectly, considered impossible because male erectile response is seen as voluntary, when, in fact, it is involuntary.[2] Therefore, male victims of rape by females often face social, political, and legal double-standards [1]. Female rapists are usually seen as less culpable than male rapists by the courts due to these misunderstandings. In addition, male victims of female rape often endure a double-bind because men are considered to always want sex with any woman which means that female-on-male rape can be seen, by others, as consensual when in fact the female sexual predator uses coercion to commit the crime. In addition, since rape by females is much less well known than male-female rape, male victims of female rapists often find little support from rape crisis centers. Finally, since the incidence of female-on-male rape is on record at much higher rates (31% compared to 10%) in Canada, it is likely being substantially under-reported in the US.

In many countries, male rape is legally classified under a different law or name. However, the nature of the incident, and its consequences, are similar. It is said that male rape is taken less seriously as a result of the stereotypical views held about males in many societies, including modern Western society. Men's rights lobbyists are pushing for tougher male rape laws, and have gained some success, but many still feel that more work is needed to be done."

Yep I woke up in the middle of the night with a girl riding me when I was in college. I was drunk and she was too. She said she sucked it and it got hard and she went for it.
