Ah but do you want man made diamonds or diamonds made from man?

Cubic Zirconium or "corpus carbonium"?

Most jewelry stores of any merit will carry high quality fakes and the other ones are made from human remains and are special orders that take a while but are a lovely finished product with sentimental value (for those who are able to handle the morbidity of it)

Ah the thumbs down retard has struck again...what a blow for nothing - how in the world is this answer a downer - crack a smile once in a while.

Diamonique. They aren't diamonds, of course, because they are man-made. But Diamonique is the nearest thing to a diamond and virtually undistinguishable from a diamond except under a jeweler's loupe.

Obviously people don't realize that people are successfully making REAL AUTHENTIC diamonds through a "man-made" proccess.

I will check a magazine article that has a list of potential websites for purchasing such. But I can't promise I will find it. Check the "sources" section tomorrow to see if i added anything.

Go to the best jewlers in your area. Most jewlers have onsite viewing of thier jewels. They will tell you about the 3Cs. I believe it is color, clarity, and carats.
