Only if North Korea uses THE BOMB. There is too much hatred and animosity between the two countries. The ideologies are a universe apart. On one side there is a madman who thinks himself God and has a million man army and nuclear weapons. On the other side there is freedom, capitalism, religious tolerance and freedom of speech. Both countries are technically still in a state of war. There was only a Truce signed in 1953, never a Peace Treaty.

Hopefully. If you've ever been over there, there is roads and railway being built leading to the North in hopes of a reunification.

I think it is inevitable. It was one nation before and should be reunified. I think that once the situation in the North becomes impossible to bear, there will be a reunification.
