To me there's nothing better than insight. You know, the "lightbulb" moment when you finally understand something you've been thinking about for ages.

It isn't only about solutions though. A good conversation or discussion can be almost equally satisfying.

And then there is intellectual beauty.... I am passionate about reading and sometimes a phrase just hits you by it's beauty...
5 years later and I can still remember Stendhal writing: "Quelques heures après, quand Julien sortit de la chambre, on eût pu dire, en style de roman, qu'il n'y avait plus rien à désirer."
Or Apollinaire writing: "Vienne la nuit, sonne l'heure, les jours s'en vont, je demeure"

Hey Meowof,

The thought of what the future can bring (assuming we don't anahilate ourselves). All the technical gadgets are boiling down to communications, entertainment, knowledge base look-ups, and the capabilities are getting smaller and more powerful.

What will we have, a ring, that projects holigraphs that we can manipulate easily to get what we want, with simply our voice. Who knows. The future is amazing, given where we have come in the last 50 years, technology wise.

The afterlife and th realm of possibilities that
it holds. absolutley fascinating, and of course outer space , astronomy , distant galaxies....etc
