If those students are taking a spot that could go to someone else who deserves a chance, then I think the colleges should be allowed to kick out those students. If students don't like that policy, then they have the choice to study. If students are too busy frittering away their precious time, then the school should be free to pick someone else who will make the school look good.

No, what if they can perform even better next time? Give them a chance to complete their college (and have better life)
if the student have lower grade and bad conduct, then the school shall decided whether to let him/her stay to continue based on their conduct, not their grades.

I think it's better to have a class for the studs that all have low grades. but you can put limitations. let's say if they fail 15 units in 2 semester. KICK them out

some schools have reputations and standards to uphold, other schools and public schools (like community or state colleges) should offer courses for anyone willing to pay or in the case of public schools should be open to everyone. This does not mean that they have to pass you or give you a degree that you did not earn.

depends...If the student is having some sort of personal problems. or mental problems...or is riding their way through school on financial aid or scholarships.
