The culture in India is different. Beach wear is not a a usual norm and therefore not seen frequently.

Tanning is another thing thats popular in the US, which is why many wear two piece beach wear. Whereas in India, where skin brightening is more popular than skin darkening, you wont find two piece beach wear popular.
