When I play the mmorpg Coh why is it that i always lose the connection with the server is it my computer?

When i play and i enter a door it takes a long time to load then sometimes it will just boot me from the game then i'll get a message saying i lost the connection to the server. also the game lags alot when i play it. is this my computer or the game?

Company of Heroes takes a lot of resources to run.

I think the game is great but unless you have the right machine running it, it will perform poorly.

1GB Ram is good, Pentium 4 is also a must, but the most important requirement is the Video Card. Regular PCI is not even useable. AGP is not good either (except for the best AGP card Nvidia 7600 or 7800). You need a PCI Express card 256 or better.

Also, a high speed connection (I am sure you have this but just making sure), with firewall deactivated or put into game mode while playing.

For Coh not to lag, a fast connection and a speedy PC seem to be the only way to really enjoy this game.

I still don't know why it's happening when your men enter buildings. If anything it usually happens when the game loads.
