Anyone know of a program regarding Scanned pictures?

That will allow you to take a number of scanned pictures and make them into 1 picture. Like a collage of Pictures but on 1 image?

Any help would be extremely grateful, thanks.

Photo Shop will do this. It "stitches" together Images.

photoshop, but any art program that lets you create layer and merge them will do
