It says it's USB 1.1

However, don't let that discourage you. It's a wireless device used to connect other bluetooth wireless devices to your PC/laptop. Although USB 2.0 is faster, that doesn't mean the wireless device needs it. USB 1.1 maxes out at 12mbps. In comparison, most high-speed internet connections max out around 3-4mbps.

So you can imagine that your bluetooth wireless has plenty of headroom to work with here, even when on a USB 1.1 interface.

most likley 1.0 and 1.1 are too slow to run bluetooth. plus they dotn make usb 1.0 anymore so if its atleast a year old then it is 2.0 anyway

According to the description 'An available USB port', so I would say that this will work fine with your computer's usb port.
