After more than 10 years of marraige my wife told me she had made out with another girl in highschool. Not that she would or wanted to do it agian just that she had. I would have never belived this about her in 100 years. It went against every thing I have ever know about her.

I am not upset by it. I just thought it was wild that after 10 I could find something like this out. I really could care less. Will be fun to think about though.

we all have done stuff that we probably don't even think about or think twice about but for someone else to hear it at a different time in our adult mature life it can be shocking

You have been married for more than 10 years so it's a little late to get worked up about that. She did it back in high school and while I don't agree with it I don't think it's a big deal at this point. As long as she doesn't have any other secrets that she's hiding (from things that went on during your marriage) then I don't see a problem.

After 13 years of marriage I've yet to find out something like that.
Know that what your wife did is not uncommon. She was probably just curious and acted on her impulse.
Don't let it interfere with your marriage. If she's a good woman and you love her, just chalk it up to adolescent curiosity.

We've been married 20 years - and yes, I learn new things about him. - and no I'm not shocked - whatever experiences he had before shaped him to the person I love today.

After telling you this and it happened during high school is one thing but to want to act out on it again should not be tolerated. It's called, "Cheating."
