Based on the current form, it is likely that Manchester United will win the English Premier League this season. Manchester United is showing the form of a champion and showed more hunger for success. They have not have won the silverware for the past few seasons, and as Ferguson is near to retirement, he is trying to win himself more silverware before he bows out. Furthermore, Chelsea is not playing consistently well. They may have the most expensive and reputed best players in the world in the team, but they are not pulling their weight around and are not winning matches convincingly. And with rumours that Mourinho is quitting at the end of the season, this has unsettled the team a bit. However they are still the biggest contender for the title, but they will need to buck up if they are going to have a chance to beat Manchester United to the title this season.

Well its one of 2 isnt it. I think, and im hoping it will be a very close race to the title, I dont know who I thinks going to pip it tho. If I was a betting man, i think I would put my money on Chelsea. Yes they are in 2nd place at the moment, but theres still a long way to go, and a lot of point to be earned/dropped. Chelsea have had a bad spell of late, but all teams have a bad spell somewere in the season, maybe this is theres. They could be on fire again soon. My answer - Chelsea. Such strength and depth in their squad.

Chelsea's defense isn't strong enough to hold the top spot even if Man U faltered, which they probably won't anyways. Cristiano Ronaldo is so much fun to watch
