hello reece you mean back muscles well to build them you will need to do some bent over dumbell rows,lat machine pull down and some rowing do 3 sets of 10-12 each exercise.good luck building your back

First off use the spell check option! LOL Mussels are great to eat! But rowing exercises are great for back muscles. Any machine in a gym where you pull the weight into your chest works the back area!
