68 sounds right if the riddle I learned while studying abroad is correct.

"Zero is freezing, 10 is not, 20 is warm and 30 is hot"

Degree F equals: (9/5) * Deg C + 32
Which when you do the math is:
(9/5) * 20= 36
36+32=68
So you answer is 68 deg. F
