I have 2 kids, 15 and 9 and am wanting to have more with a man I have been with for almost 3 years. Am I getting to old for a baby? What are the health risks?

You are definitely not too old to have a baby. If you want another, go for it. If you have had 2 healthy kids, there is no reason why you shouldn't have another. You will hear all these statistics about how there are higher rates of problems with babies of women age 35 and over, and sure, there a few more risks, but it's very very slight. When you get pregnant, they will run a few more tests on you and the baby because you are over 35, but that's totally normal. Chances are you'll have a healthy baby.

I think that you should go for it if you want to. I had twins at 30 (after fertility treatments) and wanted one more baby. I didnt want another set of twins or more so I decided to try naturally. I conceived twice but both ended in miscarriages. Go to your doctor first and get checked out but there is no reason to not get pregnant if this is what you really want. The health risks are possible miscarriage and downs syndrome but you can get screened for downs and chances are you will have a healthy baby. Good luck, I wish that I could have had one more.

should have thought of it sooner. past 35 you have a way higher chance of haveing problems with you pregnantcy and only a 30% chance of becoming pregnant. and i think it is creepy for any 15 year lod kid to be have a baby brother or sister. I think you missed the boat.

I think 67 is toooo old. Maybe after your mid 40's. I think now would be the time to do it. It gets hard when you're older, and at some point in time, you'd probably want to be done with diapers.

My boygfriends mother had him when she was 34, she had 5 before him and had his little brother when she was 44, she is now in her 60s. I say if you can acheive a pregnancy... go for it!

this is not your first, so its not as risky
but the doctor may suggest an ammo test on the baby
when u do get pregnant

My mom was 39 when she had me. I was healthy with nothing wrong. Although they tried to scare my mom saying she was too old and not healthy.

My mom had her last when she was 39. Just talk to your doctor and if they say you are fine then go for it!!!
