yea, when i turned 18, they sent me a card that i had to fill out, or you can do it at the dmv, or online i believe. technically, if you dont, they can arrest you. its just their way of knowing that if they were to reinstate the draft, approxamately how many recruits they would have, but, if it should ever come to that, there are always way out of it, such as being the youngest living son in your family to carry on the family name, or claiming war is against your religion, or even just going to canada. in all honesty, its really nothing to worry about, even with all the junk thats going on in the world, i dont see a draft happening any time soon, despite what some people would believe, so just fill out the card, sign your name, and dont think about it anymore. relax, have fun

How is this a fantasy sports question? But yes, 18 year old males must sign up for the draft.
Side note, America is one of the only countries which does not require military service. God Bless America!

Yes, you can do it online. Or when you get your drivers lience(not sure on spelling) redone you can do it there.
