Personally, I think it is a good thing that you don't let yourself raise your voice and become angry! However, learning to say, "No," is a very important social skill.
Learning to say No has been the most difficult thing I've ever accomplished, but it has saved me a lot of grief. Keep in mind that the more responsibility you accept, the more you will be given. Eventually, you will find yourself overloaded and unhappy!
Next time someone asks you to do something, say you would like to but can't manage it at this time. Believe me, you will get into the habit of accepting only those tasks with which you are comfortable, and you will be a much happier person!

You can be assertive without offending people. It is okay to say no to people, and to expect respectful behavior. The important thing to remember is that it is okay to have other people mad at you sometimes. You will be amazed at the freedom you feel once others understand that you are not a doormat. The world will not end if you aren't the nicest person. You can be kind to people without them treating you this way, just try it.

I used to be the same way; I remember people asking me if I ever got angry at all. The solution is to get yourself a girlfriend, they will eventually make you angry.

There is no reason to be angry unless you feel like being angry. You must be angry about something! It's not good to keep your feelings botted up as well. If someone annoys you, just don't put up with it!

Hopefully when you get enough of other people using you, stepping on you and cheating you, you will learn to get a backbone and stand up for yourself! You must have really been controlled as a child!
