So if someone can make tons of money off of their idea of art by selling paintings of Campbell soup cans, or drape Central Park in orange cloth, why can't this work? I want to make sculptures and paintings using poo as my medium. It would be the ultimate form of creativity! I created the poo, AND the art with the poo. I could eat lots of corn, and call the exhibit something like "Corn from Within" Am I insane for wanting to do this?

well it is original but not so sure the public will grasp the idea or intent of it all..
May have to delve deeper & put colors to the poo..even neon paints may make it more appealing..I'd poll the masses before you invest too much into the corn crops though..I do believe you have reached the artisitc levels of some of the best in the world though..the more bizaar the better ey? =)

I did something for my art class where I cut out a magazine photo and just filled in some ideas . The picture was a girl riding her bicycle thinking about the fun weekend she was going to have out with her boyfriend.

It sounds good. You aren't insane. Dragon would not want any of yer artwork in her cave, but she would mebbe go see it if you were displaying it in the park and provided nose plugs.
