Sadly they dont because there is a lot of poverty. They are all desperate to go to USA and UK for they think it is far better. In reality though and what they will NOT accept, is that USA and UK are not filled up with millionaires, that we have our poverty too.
If an Indian person really looked at their own country, they would see how magical, beautiful and exciting it is. The people are laid back, friendly, great humour, warm inviting and kind. They have so much going for them

THERE IS NO MEASURE FOR LOVE. YOUR QUESTION SEEMS TO BE SENSELESS AS YOU ARE ASKING MEASURE FOR LOVE TOWARDS INDIA BY AN INDIAN. IF HE IS TRUELY PATRIOTIC THEN HE LOVE INDIA MUCH MORE THAN HIS LIFE. ELSE THERE IS NO ANSWER BECAUSE AT SUCH A CASE NO ONE COULD PREDICT HIS / HER LOVE. HE / SHE MAY LOVE, HE / SHE MAY NOT.

Is it like, do I have to die on a war front to prove it?

There is no measurement in emotions like love, etc. The bottomline is we love our country and are trying quite hard to make it cleaner, richer and prosperous.
