i was told it is cockney rhyming slang, but wot does it mean?

Not sure what the slang is but, it brings back embarrassing memories for me!

Ribena is (was?) a brand name for a blackcurrant cordial. Hence: 'rum and black'. Ribena is a rhyme for those who pronounce vagina 'vageena'.

Re: Ian Dury's lyrics - "between her Rum and her Ribena" on the album "New Boots and Panties" - I think that the Rum is to rhyme with "Bum" and Ribena (in it's alter ego of "Black") is to rhyme with "Crack".
So - between her Bum (***/buttock area) and her Crack (vulva/vagina area)

its not used but its "black" the only true one with rum in it is"rumdadum" = the bum
