Isn't Hamas, an OFFICIALLY Recognized Terrorist Organization ?

Someone recently asked. ..what should be done about Hamas ?

I responded that 'they should be eliminated' .

Somehow, Yahoo Katie THINKS Hamas must be some sort of ETHNICITY . She's claiming that I am guilty of 'wanting an entire race or ethnicity to be 'wiped out' . Nevermind all the other bogus abuse reports I received . I was suspended for asking people if they 'remembered when Saddam's forces invaded Kuwait' and all the atrocities committed . Some foolish person reported that one as threats of 'Bodily Harm' . And IMMEDIATELY .. Yahoo suspended my account and sent me an email CLEARLY STATING that I was suspended for threats of 'Bodily Harm' .

To answer your question, yes. Clearly someone has an agenda against you, if you're being suspended from Answers.

Officially by whom? They're fighting the israeli occupation so OF COURSE israel is going to call them "terrorists", and whatever israel says is the official policy in the US.

Most of the rest of the world sees them for what they are, a guerilla army fighting an illegal military occupation.

In 1946, future israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin and his Irgun gang planted 1500 pounds of explosives in the basement of the King David Hotel in Jerusalem, home of the British mandate government. The zionists saw Britain as an illegal occupation army and blew up the building, killing 91 human beings.

35 years later Begin wins the Nobel Peace Prize and 60 years later a plaque is placed on the hotel commemorating the 'bravery" of the Irgun and blaming the Brits for the death toll.

It wasn't the Arabs who started the terror bombing in Palestine.

They should not be "eliminated." They are trying their hardest for their people who have been pushed out of their own land and killed and slaughtered for over the past 50 years. It is not "officially recognized" as a "terrorist organization." It stands up to the real terrorists, the ethnic-cleansers, the Israeli government, and all their support from the US. Hammas is brave and courageous and yes, has faults, but tries its hardest.

Hamas is recognized as a terrorist organization by the US and Britain and maybe Canada.
Their militant wing is recognized as a terrorist organization by a few other countries.
So no not everyone agrees they are a terrorist organization as much as it pains some people.
