They are born just like the rest of us. They are albinos because they have NO pigment in their skin and will usually also have white hair and eyes so very pale blue.
My son was born with very little pigment so he never tans but his skin can look to be red.. other than that he is ordinary in looks. Has very little pigment in his eyes hence he is sensitive to light. Altho he is not albino I did study up on it so I could understand about my sons pigmentation...
