Is my relationship over or will she get over it.?

After 5 years and 11 months together she comes to me and says she is unhappy with the relationship and want to break up. We have talked about marriage and being together forever but now she doesn't want to be together any more. Is this relationship over or is she in a phase that will pass?

lol she said she gave up on me....thanks made me feel better...i was waiting until graduated college. I want to marry her but she is only 20 and im only 21.
