i think that some of them should be recurring decimals!!!

Some of them are recurring decimals (like the reciprocal of 3: 0.3333...). It's easy to get the numbers from your calculator: just punch in 1 divided by the number (2, 3, etc.). Are you expected to figure those out without a calculator?

At any rate, the reciprocal of any number is just 1 divided by that number. It can be given in fraction or decimal form.
