Know what Dee? They aways say that it's better to remain silent & look stupid than to open your mouth & remove all doubt! LOL

Truthfully though, a teacher should not insult students that way.

God our history teacher used to always say this just as she walked in the door while we were nattering, apparently it means we were dumb.
