An anger management class is a good place to start. There you can learn skills to use in order to control your anger, how to identify your anger when it starts, etc. There a many different ways to help control your anger and each person prefers different things. The most important thing is for you to be able to identify what casues your anger, the signs that you are getting angry and then how to control that anger from increasing.

Take an anger management program. If you get angry when nothing works, you're only a tiny step from getting angry when one little thing goes wrong. Get help in learning how to cope with things not being perfect and how to deal with things to get them back on the right track, without anger.

Well, it depends on what you have REALLY tried.
I would suggest some relaxation techniques like yoga, or soft music, or even good breathing habits. But if none of these work, you may consider a visit to the counselor (a licensed psychologist would help) and talk.
Anger is usually represed feelings or emotions. So talk, talk, and talk until you have emptied the bitterness.
And if you are a beleiver, of course, pray. And if words dosn';t seem to come out, just write, everything you want, and then burn what you have written down.

there are lots of things you can do. you can meditate. music helps me...its my out. find and out for your anger. something you like, anddo thatthing when you get angry. I work in the customer service industry and ill tell you this... the way some people treat you can really make you angry sometimes so this is what helps me. I think of those customers as my family members and treat them how ild like to see my family get treated. for example. if a young man comes in I put him in my little brothers place and ask myself, how would you like to see Mark get treated? its sounds strange but it really helps me.
