yes..there is a program named Nero StartSmart that you can burn photos!!!!

You can't burn pictures on a DVD believe me I've tried but you can burn them on a CD all you got to do is stick a blank CD into your cd drive and pull up the pictures that are on your PC under documents and click on the ones you want to burn and it should give you and option to check on burn and burn them.

yes just the same way u would do data, or music or even dvd files, by using the writer program,

just choose the option in your nero burner the make a data cd
