Last week my manicurist painted a thin white strip on the tip of each toe and then used a OPI polish called Bubble Bath over the whole nail. I am uncertain whether this is too feminine or okay.

Yep - way too feminine - I'd say gay - I mean really gay.

pedicures and healthy foot care is a good idea , you can just ask them for a simple pedicure and I"m sure they will do as you say . I get mine done at a podiatrist office but I'm sure a manicurist can do quite as well , I have other foot problems also or would consider going to get a pedicure myself. Regarding the line and polish for me it would depend on rather or not it's prominent when your feet are uncovered . I would find it a little feminine but not really a big deal.

yes it is too feminine. getting a pedicure is GREAT guys feet are grossssssssssssss! but never let them polish the nail. next time just say that you don't want any polish. and i agree with whoever it was that said they were worried that you knew the brand and color of the polish too.

And you let her do this because????????

Yes a little to feminine for a guy. Try having her buff your toe nails or use a clear polish....which is still to feminine in my opinion.

Good for you getting pedicures. I took my husband with me once (he is a construction worker) and he absolutely loves going to get them now.

That is way too feminine. Its all right if guys get manicures but don't get anything painted on them but you went to the limit of putting nail polish on your toes and getting white tips. that's way too gay.

It's a little femme, yes. Next time, I'd skip the polish and get a polishless pedicure. But mad props for being a guy who gets pedicures!

Dude, Go get nail polish remover if you are straight/ That is a french tip and very girly. Don't show that to anyone or they might think you like guys instead of girls. However there is nothing wrong with liking guys but if you are straaight chicks will think you have lost your mind....LOL

I've heard of this new metrosexual thing the guys are into now a days, which is fine but when your getting a french pedicure that may be a cause for concern. That is way gay if you ask me.

first of all, i applaud you for going to get pedicures in the first place. i have tried many times to get my boyfriend to go with no luck. i will say you should not let them paint a white strip or any color on your feet ever again. whether you're gay or straight, it is too feminine.

it's called french tip when it's done with a clear polish first and then white on the tips of your nails.
Just don't have it painted red or any dark colors that girls usually wear on their nails.
honestly, i like guys to have clean nails. it looks so manly to me.

No way! Sorry, but I don't even like 'french pedicure's' on woman let alone a man. Don't do it! I know they are trying to achieve a clean look, but a healthy nail that is neatly pedicured, is great on a man.
