Short answer is not yet.
The long answer is that we need to wait and see if the student rise up against Ahmedinijad. Recently, he's run into some political problems and some very vocal opposition.
He could be booted from the inside and alleviate the problem.

I hope Iran will stop pushing buttons and avoiding international law because I don't want the USA to even feel like it has to consider attacking Iran.

The answer is unlikely. At this point in time our military is too busy fighting in Afghanistan and Iraq. We don't have the manpower to fight in another war. Also, this would be an extremely unpopular move unless Iran actually used a nuclear weapon. While I think the military option is on the table, it is at the far end of the table. The Bush Administration would prefer diplomacy to military action in dealing with Iran.

I sure hope so! We need to wipe out Iran's Nuke facilities & whack Ahmedinejad, who is not Persian but an ugly Arab. Look @ that hooter sticking out of the middle of his puss. In the event most of you don't probably know, Iran is Persia & the Persians are not Abrahimic as are the Arabs. You see the basis for the hatred of the Jews by the Arabs is the fact that Ishmael, son of Hagar & Abraham was run off after Sarah @ age 92 gave birth to Isaac & denied the birthright. The Jews & the Arabs are cousins after all. It is written in the Bible that he (Ishmael) went into the desert a "as a wild ***". Now, doesn't that describe the Arab race to a "T"?
