Do you really not know how to do that? The y intercept is 12, and the slope is 2. Put it into slope-intercept form; b is the y intercept, and m is the slope. Maybe I am forgeting how hard it was when I first learned it.

6x-3y=36 Given
-3y=-6x+36 Subtract 6x from both sides
y=2x-12 Divide both sides by -3
y=mx+b m is the slope, and b is the y intercept.
