Ice and heat alternating for 20 mins each. Do low impact excersize and stretch. Joint pain is often due to weak supporting muscles. Typically continued work-outs will correct the problem through increased muscle strength.

Well what you can do is get some shoes that actually give you the support you need! Like if your wearing high heels or flats, they will give you no support. If your not wearing the right shoes then this can effect your whole body. It can effect the way you stand, walk and move. I would request that you see a local foot specialist, doctor or go see a shoe shop like 'Athlete's Foot' (Which is a very good shop that really helped me). Exercise for your feet may help but it always will come back. So you need something that will help along with the exercise- Better shoes, enough rest and in some occasions- pain killers (with your doctors approval). You can also get sore feet and back from stress or not enough sleep. It might also be related to you sleeping in a odd position. I hope your feet and back feel better soon! I hope this helped!(:

If the joints are hurting, then stop...at least don't exercise that area for a few days and see if it goes away...if not then see a doctor as you may have a problem that has been exacerbated by the exercise. If it does stop, then ease back into the exercise program slowly...it may have been just a minor injury.

If the muscles are hurting repeat the above...you could have just over done it...or you could have a minor tear...that will heal, just go easy...

Correct get a physical cjheckup, it maight be "referred" pain from your back.
What exercises did you do?
If you lifted weights incorrectly and slkightly injured your quads, hamstrings doing squats, leg lifts, abs etc that could cause this

You did something wrong. Avoid working out again until you are healed. Maybe talk to a trainer to find out what you are doing wrong.

You either pulled something, your muscles are sore from using them, or you were doing the excersize wrong. Be careful cuz u can really hurt yourself if your doing it wrong.
