well depends on your budget.
since there is so many makes and models of motherboard processor etc..
i would go the following
Asus P5WDG2-WS Professional Intel 975X
Intel Core 2 Quadro Extreme Edition QX6700 "LGA775 Kentsfield" 2.66GHz (1066FSB)
Corsair 2GB DDR2 XMS2 Dominator PC2-8888C4 TwinX (2x1GB)
these parts will run will over $1000

u need 2b specific: it can b determined acc 2
money-cheap,medium,hifi
pref-cheap+-graphics, med+-g~, hi+-g~
