We advice our guest to drink bottled water, bottled drinks. Coffee Tea should be taken hot. As hotels have their own water filter functions the water in the hotels can be used for cleaning the tooth and body but avoid drinking this water. Avoid eating spicy at least at the start of your journey to India. If you are traveling without a guide in India you may ask the waiter not to put any chilies to the ordered dish. It is suggested to stick to only cooked foods and to eat fresh fruits after removing their skin. After taking the above precautions you will realize that India has a wonderful cuisine and rarely any other place meet the verities of the vegetable as in India.

OMG I LOVED the food while i was there. it will vary depending on what part of India you are in. BUT... only drink bottled water (or pack a purifier) AND beware of street food. I ate some knowing the risks and I got very sick from it. most of the hotels you stay in will have good and safe food. YUM!!!

we cannot give a satisfactory answer to that question because in India each state has its own cousines and they vary. Some may be too spicy and others may not .So ask the waiter a tip on the menu and enjoy your meal
