There is what is called JOHARI'S WINDOW...not sure if this what you mean. This is a concept regarding interpersonal relations. I won't go into further detail since I am not sure if this is what you are talking about

The Johari Window, named after the first names of its inventors, Joseph Luft and Harry Ingham, is one of the most useful models describing the process of human interaction. A four paned "window," as illustrated above, divides personal awareness into four different types, as represented by its four quadrants: open, hidden, blind, and unknown. The lines dividing the four panes are like window shades, which can move as an interaction progresses.

Hi!

I have not heard of Zohovis window but like the previous poster maybe you meant Johari's Window.

Johari's Window is about your personality traits: What's known to you and others, what's known to you but NOT to others, what's known to others but NOT to you and finally what neither you or others know.

This exercise was done in a class of mine and it was quite interesting to find out things about yourself and how others view you.

It may be JOHARI window?

It's easier to show it than describe it, found this link

(you need Adobe to open this, otherwise just google 'johari')

hope this helps.
