Well, you have to decide what's most important to you. I say an good education will take you much further than playing around on the net. If you really want to become "unaddicted," give yourself an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening to play on the net. That's plenty of time. At all other times, make sure your computer is turned off. If you need it turned on for your studies, turn it on for your studies and just stay focused. Then find other things to do in the meantime.

Get rid of the availability of the source.
Disconnect or stay away from computers with net access. You don't need it. People lived for 1000's of years without it.
If you do need access, have someone look up information for you.

Try to curb your net hours slowly.Be an outdoor person..Net is a false world..the real world is outside...relax...even i went thru that phase...and am over it now
