Just because you had a dream about having you baby early doesn't mean that you will. I am due March 14 and have weird pains all the time-it is expected this late in the pregnancy-just try and relax.

I thought I was going to have my baby early too. I had the same repeated dream over and over again. My daughter was born a day late. It's just your hormones messing with you, as for the pain it's just because you are carrying around extra wieght thats all.

I had the same pains durning my pregnancy...it is probably just your muscles stretching. You've got to figure the last few months are the ones where you get really big and your muscles/skin and everything else inbetween gets stretched to the limit! Back pain may be from the heavy front load you are lugging around!

You are most likely experiencing braxon hicks (practice contractions). Some of them can be really painful. You will be able to tell them from real contractions. With real contractions, they are consistant, they are a few minutes apart, they increase in intensity and they do not go away if you move or change your position.

usually labor pains are in your lower back. But to be sure you should check with your doctor. Call him/her questions maybe a possible scan to be sure all is ok.
