I heard that it is not good we using a laptop with battery inside and using the adapter at the same time. It will make the batt life low fast when we're not using the adapter.

The laptop should have a regulator which determines when the battery needs a charge and regulates the current appropriately. For older cell phones and other electronic devices, what you are saying was true, but not so much any more. Plus it's a pain in the *** to take the battery out every time you want to work off the adapter, so I don't do it (and don't know anyone who does).

The PC doesn't continuously charge the battery. It knows how to charge the battery to optimize its life.
