im not a girl but i know what they look for:
Self Confidence (can take decisions, isnt always in doubt or insecure)
Goals (its not so important if you rich or not as long as u have big goals)
Intuition: Girls say they want a smart guy, but they dont talk about a guy who solves math problems n stuff, but a guy who has intuitive intelligence, enough to challenge them, to surprise them, to be ahead of them).
