put some plasters or some masking tape on your nipples and wear a proper fitting sports bra to minimise chaffing

This might be happening because your breasts arent' supported enough during running. Try buying a super supportive sports bra, or doubling up on bras while exercising. It could also be caused by the type of material your bras are made of or if maybe it's not breathable enough and sweat may make your breasts and nipples uncomfortable. If this doesnt work, you may want to ask a doctor if the soreness continues.

Do you wear a support bra, if not maybe get one that really supports your breast when jogging, and maybe that will help or if your nipples are rubbing against your bra when you jog then maybe you can put some kind of cushion or tissue between your nipples and your bra so that your nipples are not irritated from the constant rubbing when you are jogging.

Put bandaids over each nipple and get a tighter sports bra. When I go shopping, I try each one on and jump up and down till I find one that doesn't have me flying everywhere.

At least you're not bleeding. Some girls bleed when they jog!

Wear a better bra or buy some nursing pads (the ones women use when they are breast feeding) and put one in each cup of your bra before you run. Or you could put vaseline on your nips to stop them rubbing.

I'd suggest jogging topless to avoid chafing, but you would probably end up getting sore eyes then.

the bra you are using when you are jogging is unconfortable and when you run as it is rubbing against them so you could change fabric softener or try some new bras with different fabrics and see the result

I used to have that problem. Now, I wear a very well-fitting (tight .. lol) sports bra. On top of that, I wear one of those sports tops/bras in one. So, yes, I'm wearing two bras, but it really helps.

You could always rub som vaseline over them, but a really well fitting sports bra will stop the problem.
