I have had my period which was lighter and longer than normal. For several days after my period I have been spotting, like I am about to start again along with pain like my ovary is swollen. Is this symtoms of a cyst?

I had a huge cyst over the summer & they said that my spotting & extreme pains were from that. 2 weeks before I went to dr I felt SHARP jolts in my pelvic area. one night I woke up @ 2am screaming in pain. it can be painful!!!! Go to dr. They will send you to get unltrasound.

I had a very large ovarian cyst a few years ago, i dont remember any spotting, but i did get pain the side the cyst was on. if youre worried get your dr to refer you for a scan.

I've been getting bad pains in my ovaries between periods.
I was wondering the same.
Go to the doctor and see how it goes.
If they say nothing's wrong, try and tell them how worried you are.
See if they can take it further, just in case!
