I drink enough water I believe, and when I get a headache, my head throbs with my heart beat. Maybe that will help you understand better. It's at the very start of the workout, and I don't eat hardly any junk food.

Trust me on this answer I'm a Paramedic, there is a gym in the town I work for and have had some calls relating to this.
Blood Pressure! Trust me...you may think your healthy, but you might in fact have high blood pressure and by the strain and intensity of you working out is sending it through the roof. If you continue with medication to control it, you'll drop like a fly. People are having heart attacks earlier and earlier.
Another thing which is also related to BP is....your taking some sort of enhancer medication. Could even be over the counter. MAny of them increase your heart rate and affect your circulatory system sending your BP off the scales. These things kill....
In any case, go to your doctor. Seeing as you are so young they will take it very seriously.

This may be serious. Go to a doctor and have your blood pressure and heart examined. Is there any history of aneurysm in your family? My husband's sister dropped dead of an aneurysm at 33 years after an exercise class: the only symptoms she had were headaches.
Headaches when exercising are not to be taken lightly.
Please do see a doctor.

Sounds like a blood pressure issue. Perhaps it's a little high and exercising might raise it even more, giving you a headache. High blood pressure can cause many, many other problems so it's best to get it checked out now.

This must have something to do with your water levels. Make sure to drink alot of water everyday at least 2.5 liters a day. If not then seek the doc.

These headaches may be what are called "exertional headaches." It's not always fully understood what causes them. It may be related to blood pressure or cerebrospinal fluid pressure. Talk to your doctor. Often, a doctor can recommend something for you to take before exercise to prevent them.

You are getting headaches maybe because you are pushing too hard your self in exercising or you are getting stressed while you are working. Just relax, take deep breathes and wash your face with cold water.
