How many people here have deliberately done something.......?

to hurt someone your supposed to care about, and then lie about it, under the guise of protecting that persons feelings, when you are actually using that as an excuse for your crappy behavior?

I have to admit I have fallen into that a few times. I usually told the truth about it eventually though... because lying is tough for me. :)

I think almost everyone has done that at least once, whether they're willing to admit it or not.
