Actually, the differences are virtually nil. The only "major" difference is in the corpus callosum. Namely, female brains make more use of the corpus callosum, allowing females to better utilize both hemispheres of their brain. However, there is much debate as to the validity of research involving the corpus callosum and sexual differences.
Biologically, males and females of a species are very similar. Both sexes are basically identical in the womb, and even after birth have similar anatomies. Even the male and female genitalia are very similar in composition.
Nearly all differences between males and females are social, not biological.

Are you asking about psychological differences or physiological (actual physical differences) between a male brain and a female brain.
Psychologically, both are extremely different. Too many to list.
Physiologically, I think male brains are larger. (We have larger bodies after all). Different regions may also be larger (in proportion) in Men and different regions of the brain in females might be larger (in proportion). For example, regions intended for cognitive thought and reasoning are probably larger in Men. Regions designed for social skills and communication are no doubt more developed in women.

Glad you asked. I think there is none, other than sexual preference, and even that is scrambled 10% of the time. If you take 10 football players and do psych tests on them to compare them to 10 housewives, then yes, you'll get differences. But if you get 100 men ranging from artists, to chefs, graphic designers, to engineers, to athletes and compare them to 100 women in the same fields, you won't see any difference.

I think I saw that when solving problems the activity in women's' brains tends to come from different areas and men, when solving the same problems, only show activity in one section of their brain.
