Nah my firefox 2 ,autometically checks the spellings when i type

NO I dont use the spell check often but I use it when I think that I misspelled a word while typing.

occasionally, but it screws up on me a lot. it will take the middle of a word and say it's spelled wrong instead of an entire word and stuff like that. usually i just reread what i type and trust my judgement on spelling

I know i do especially when i use unusual words it makes it easier for people to understand & help answer the question quickier plus it makes you look like you know how to spell.
