Does anyone know how to help my plant?

I have a kitten and he was peeing in my rubber plant. I have "flushed" it out and put all new dirt in the pot, but it's still "droopy" and the leaves keep falling off. HELP!!!

vermiculite helps restore nutrients that it needs to perk up ...you can buy it at home depot :)
