I have a Dell dimension 3000 desktop that I bought through their outlet store a year ago. I haven't had any problems at all with my computer whereas my friend bought a E-machine at the same time that is no longer working. I personally do not understand all the grips about Dell computers as I haven't had any reason to call tech support about anything yet or any problems with it freezing up on me even when I am running up to 4 windows at a time. I absolutely love Dell as you can get a good computer at a very reasonable price especially if you go through their outlet store site. I am now about to buy a laptop from them.

I have a Dell laptop that I use for work and a Dell desktop that I use at home and have never had trouble with either of them. I bought an "off brand" computer once and had trouble with it.

Dell is a great brand of computer and is very affordable. Plus it originated in Texas, so how can you go wrong!

I have one and I am also our network administrator and order nothing but Dell. We don't use the low end machines, but we have had nothing but good experiences with both the product and the service when we need it, which is rarely. I would strongly recommend Dell to anyone.

If you are getting a non apple computer, dell is the way to go over gateway and others. Best product, best support etc...unless you have skills to put one together yourself or a friend to do it, which saves you alot of money and is way more efficient
